If your school uses a 4.0 scale, do they just use whatever it says on your transcript, or do they still change it the way OMSAS calculates it? Cause for me, the OMSAS calculation would bump me down a bit (from 3.65 to 3.62). fliime, would that affect your prediction? 			<description><![CDATA[ Hey guys,<br><br>I've been admitted to a law school down east, which was not my first choice. It is certainly a very good school but I really want to stay out west. At that time, however, it was my best option and I took it. I really want to stay out west (i.e. UVic, UBC) because of really (and I mean really) strong faimly ties here.<br><br>At the time I got admission, I had a 3.5 GPA (4 year degree) and two LSATS of 158 and 160. Now my latest LSAT is 168 (97th percentile). What do you think... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi. I'm not applying until next year but...<br><br>Is it true that UBC takes only the first three years for GPA calculation?? Is this the same for UVIC too? Because my first year was ok, my second year was awful, my third year was a 3.57 and my last year is close to perfect...so I guess I have no chance then.<br><br>I thought that they just did a cumulative GPA with the omission of 12 or so classes...?<br><br>Also, does anyone know of any Canadian law schools that look at the last 20 classes... ]]></description>
